Tips From the 'Laziest' Trainer in the World

I joke with all my clients that I am the laziest trainer in the world because instead of performing one exercise for each muscle group I instead combine all my muscle work into just a few exercises that work the entire body. Michol Dalcourt calls this type of training “Country Strong”

In this final episode I combine all the previous Abdominal Series exercises requiring flexion, side bending and rotation into one complete abdominal exercise. This is the beginning of the Czech get up and baby developmental stages 4 to 7 months of hip flexion, rolling and side (oblique) sit. Plus it’s lots of fun!
