Keys to Lazy Training

You’re only as strong as your weakest link

The key to compound movement training – aka Lazy Training – is alignment.  Any misaligned joint will experience abnormal wear and tear from start to finish of any movement.  Before you can Train Lazy you’ll need to answer yes to these questions -

1.      Is my pelvis neutral? 

2.      Can I stabilize my torso, spine and pelvis with my breath and abdominals (aka intra-abdominal pressure)?

3.      Can I properly flex and rotate my spine and torso?

4.      Can my pelvis/hips move in opposite directions at the same time?
